Indications:

• Vaginal Candidiasis (Yeast Infections) - Single-dose therapy
• Oropharyngeal & Esophageal Candidiasis
• Systemic Fungal Infections (Candidemia, Cryptococcal Meningitis)
• Fungal Skin & Nail Infections (Dermatomycoses, Onychomycosis)
• Prophylaxis in Immunocompromised Patients (HIV/AIDS, Chemotherapy Patients, Organ Transplant Recipients)

Dosage & Administration:

For Oral Use

• Vaginal Candidiasis: Single 150 mg dose
• Oropharyngeal Candidiasis: 50-100 mg once daily for 7-14 days
• Esophageal Candidiasis: 200 mg on day 1, then 100 mg daily for at least 3 weeks
• Cryptococcal Meningitis: 400 mg on day 1, then 200-400 mg daily for 6-8 weeks
• Systemic Infections: 200-400 mg daily
• Fungal Skin Infections: 150 mg weekly for 2-4 weeks

Administration Instructions:

• Take with or without food
• Swallow whole with water
• Do not skip doses in long-term treatments

Contraindications:
