Indications:

Prior to application, the affected skin should be cleaned and dried thoroughly. Hands should be washed after applying the cream to avoid inadvertently spreading it to other areas of the body.
Precautions and Considerations:
Betamethasone Gentamicin Cream should be used with caution in patients with a history of hypersensitivity reactions to corticosteroids, aminoglycoside antibiotics, or any other components of the cream.
Prolonged or excessive use of topical corticosteroids may lead to skin atrophy, striae, telangiectasia, and other local adverse effects. Long-term use of topical antibiotics such as gentamicin may also increase the risk of bacterial resistance and fungal superinfection.
