This product is a film coated sheet, after removing the coating will appear white to yellowish.
For sensitive bacteria
(1) genitourinary infections, including simple, complex urinary tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme producing strains).
(2) Respiratory infections, including acute episodes of bronchial infection and pulmonary infection caused by sensitive gram-negative bacilli.
(3) Gastrointestinal infection, caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, etc.
(4) Typhoid fever.
(5) Bone and joint infections.
(6) Skin and soft tissue infection.
(7) Systemic infections such as sepsis.
Usage and dosage:
Take it orally.
(1) Normal adult dosage: 0.5 ~ 1.5g (2~6 tablets) per day, divided into 2~ 3 times.
(2) Bone and joint infection: 1 ~ 1.5g (4~6 tablets) a day, divided into 2 ~ 3 times, the course of treatment is 4~6 weeks or longer.
(3) Pneumonia and skin and soft tissue infection: 1 ~ 1.5g (4~6 tablets) a day, divided into 2 ~ 3 times, the course of treatment is 7 ~ 14 days.
(4) Intestinal infection: 1g (4 tablets) a day, divided into 2 times, the course of 5 to 7 days.
(5) Typhoid fever: 1.5g (6 tablets) a day, divided into 2 to 3 times, treatment of 10 to 14 days.
(6) Urinary tract infection: acute simple lower urinary tract infection, 0.5g (2 tablets) a day, divided into 2 times, the course of 5 to 7 days; Complicated urinary tract infection, 1g (4 tablets) a day, divided into 2 times, the course of treatment 7-14 days.
(7) Simple gonorrhea: a single oral dose of 0.5g (2 tablets).
Matters needing attention:
(1) Due to the current prevalence of fluoroquinolone resistance in Escherichia coli, urine culture samples should be taken before administration, and medication should be adjusted according to the bacterial drug sensitivity results.
(2) This product should be taken on an empty stomach, although the food can delay its absorption, but its total absorption (bioavailability) has not been reduced, so it can also be taken after meals to reduce gastrointestinal reactions; Drink 250ml of water at the same time.
(3) Crystalline urine can occur when the product is used in large doses or urine pH value is above 7. In order to avoid the occurrence of crystalluria, it is advisable to drink more water and keep the urine output above 1200ml for 24 hours.
(4) For patients with renal dysfunction, the dose should be adjusted according to renal function.
(5) Moderate and severe photosensitivity reactions can occur with fluoroquinolones. Excessive exposure to sunlight should be avoided when applying this product. If photosensitivity reaction occurs, discontinue the drug.
(6) When liver function is reduced, if it is severe (cirrhosis ascites), drug clearance can be reduced, blood drug concentration is increased, and liver and kidney function are reduced, which is especially obvious, and it is necessary to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of the application, and adjust the dose.
(7) People with original central nervous system disorders, such as epilepsy and epilepsy history, should avoid using, and carefully weigh the pros and cons when there are indications.
