This product is a colorless clear liquid.

Indications:
It is mainly used for allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases. It is widely used for connective tissue diseases, active rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus, severe bronchial asthma, severe dermatitis, ulcerative colitis, acute leukemia, etc., and is also used for the comprehensive treatment of some serious infections and poisoning, malignant lymphoma.

Adverse reactions:
There was no obvious adverse reaction in the application of physiological dose of glucocorticoid replacement therapy, but the adverse reaction mostly occurred in the application of pharmacological dose, and it was closely related to the course of treatment, dose, drug type, usage and route of administration. Common adverse reactions fall into the following categories:
1. Long-term use can cause the following side effects: Iatrogenic Cushing syndrome Features and posture, weight gain, lower limb edema, purple lines, bleeding tendency, poor wound healing, acne, menstrual disorders, avascular necrosis of the humerus or femoral head, osteoporosis and fractures (including vertebral compression fractures and pathological fractures of the long bone), myasthenia, muscular atrophy, hypokalemia syndrome, gastrointestinal irritations (nausea, vomiting), pancreatitis, digestion Ulcer or perforation, inhibited growth, glaucoma, cataracts, benign intracranial pressure syndrome, impaired glucose tolerance, and increased diabetes in children.
2. Patients may have mental symptoms: euphoria, agitation, delirium, restlessness, disorientation, or inhibition. Psychiatric symptoms are prone to occur with chronic wasting diseases and people who have had mental disorders in the past.
3. Concurrent infection was the main adverse reaction of adrenal corticosteroids. It is mainly composed of fungi, tuberculosis bacteria, staphylococcus, Proteus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and various herpes viruses.
4. Glucocorticoid withdrawal syndrome. Sometimes patients with dizziness, fainting tendency, abdominal or back pain, low fever, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, muscle or joint pain, headache, fatigue, weakness after discontinuation of the drug can be considered as glucocorticoid dependence syndrome if they can rule out adrenocortical dysfunction and the recurrence of the original disease.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
Adrenal corticosteroids. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy, anti-rheumatism and immunosuppressive effects, and its mechanism is as follows:
(1) Anti-inflammatory effect: This product reduces and prevents the tissue response to inflammation, thereby reducing the expression of inflammation. It can inhibit the aggregation of inflammatory cells, including macrophages and white blood cells at the site of inflammation, and inhibit phagocytosis, lysosomal enzyme release, and the synthesis and release of inflammatory chemical mediators.
(2) Immunosuppressive effect: These include preventing or inhibiting cell-mediated immune responses, delaying allergic reactions, reducing the number of T lymphocytes, monocytes, and acidic phagocytes, reducing the ability of immunoglobulin to bind to cell surface receptors, and inhibiting the synthesis and release of interleukin, thereby reducing the transformation of T lymphocytes into lymphoblasts, and reducing the expansion of the primary immune response. This product also reduces the passage of immune complex nuclei through the basement membrane and can reduce the concentration of complement components and immunoglobulins.
