General body: weakness, headache, heat sensation.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
Pharmacological action: This product and its main metabolites excite K-opioid peptide receptors, and have both excitatory and antagonistic effects on U-receptors. It primarily interacts with these receptors in the central nervous system (CNS) to indirectly exert its pharmacological effects including analgesia. In addition to analgesia, the effects on the CNS include the reduction of spontaneous respiration of the respiratory system, cough, excitatory vomiting center, pupil contraction, sedation and other pharmacological effects. Its action may be achieved through non-CNS mechanisms of action. Such as changing the resistance and capacitance of the heart blood vessels (nerves), bronchial movement tension, gastrointestinal secretion, motor muscle activity and bladder sphincter activity.
The analgesic effect of this product is generally intravenous injection for a few minutes, and intramuscular injection begins in 10 to 15 minutes. The peak of intravenous and intramuscular injection was 30-60 minutes, and the maintenance time was 3-4 hours, which was comparable to that of morphine, meperidine and pentazocine.
