Character:
This product is sugar-coated or thin-film coated tablets, and will appear white after removing the coating.

Indications:
Ibuprofen tablets, the indications are suitable for:
1. Relieve rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathy, gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic arthritis acute attack or persistent symptoms of joint swelling pain, no cause of treatment and control of the course of the disease.
2. Treatment of various non-articular soft tissue rheumatic pain, such as shoulder pain, tenosynovitis, bursitis, myalgia and post-exercise injury pain.
3. Acute mild and moderate pain such as: after surgery, after trauma, after strain, primary dysmenorrhea, toothache, headache, etc.
4. It has antipyretic effect on fever of adults and children.

Matters needing attention:
1. For late pregnancy women can prolong pregnancy, causing dystocia and prolonged labor. Not suitable for pregnant and lactating women.
2. It has an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation and can prolong the bleeding time, but it can disappear within 24 hours after stopping the drug.
3. It can increase the content of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine, and decrease the creatinine clearance.
4. Use with caution in the following situations:
(1) Original bronchial asthma can be aggravated after medication.
(2) Heart dysfunction, hypertension, after medication can cause water retention, edema.
(3) Hemophilia or other bleeding diseases (including coagulation disorders and platelet dysfunction), prolonged bleeding time and increased bleeding tendency after medication.
(4) Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers are prone to gastrointestinal side effects, including new ulcers, when using this product.
(5) Patients with renal insufficiency have increased renal adverse reactions after medication, and even lead to renal failure.
(6) Long-term drug use should be regularly checked blood and liver and kidney function.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
This product has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. The mechanism of action is to reduce the synthesis of prostaglandin by inhibiting epoxide, thereby reducing the tissue congestion and swelling caused by prostaglandin, and reducing the sensitivity of peripheral nerve pain. It acts as an antipyretic agent through the hypothalamic thermoregulatory center.
