This product is colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

Indications:
Tinidazole is widely used in a variety of anaerobic bacterial infections: pelvic inflammation, peritonitis, stomatitis, perianal abscess, pseudomembranous colitis, ulcerative gingivitis, diabetic gangrene. Prevention of postoperative infections: post-operative infections of the colon and rectum, such as sepsis; Various anaerobic bacteria infection after gastrointestinal surgery and gynecological surgery.

Adverse reaction: 
Adverse reactions are rare and mild, mainly nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, decreased appetite and metallic mouth taste, headache, dizziness, skin itching, rash, constipation, and general discomfort. In addition, there may be angioneurotic edema, neutropenia, disulfiram-like reactions, and black urine, and occasionally mild phlebitis at the infusion site. High doses can also cause seizures and peripheral neuropathy.

Drug interaction:
1. This product can inhibit the metabolism of warfarin and other oral anticoagulants, can enhance their effect, and cause prothrombin time prolongation.
2. At the same time, drugs such as phenytoin sodium and phenybarbital that induce liver microsomal enzymes can enhance the metabolism of this product, decrease the blood drug concentration, and slow the excretion of phenytoin sodium.
3. Simultaneous application of cimetidine and other drugs that inhibit liver microsomal enzyme activity can slow down the metabolism and excretion of this product in the liver, and prolong the serum half-life of this product. The dose should be adjusted according to the results of blood concentration determination.
4. This product interferes with disulfide metabolism, and patients with combined use of the two may have mental symptoms after drinking, so those who apply disulfide within 2 weeks should not use this product.
5. This product can interfere with amino-transferase and LDH test results, can make cholesterol, triglyceride levels decreased.
