Usage and dosage:
1. Use the lowest effective dose in the shortest medication cycle according to the patient's individualized treatment goals.
2. According to the patient's response to initial treatment of this product, the dose and frequency of administration should be adjusted according to the individual needs of the patient, with the maximum daily dose not exceeding 3.2g for adults and the total daily dose not exceeding 2.4g or 40mg/kg body weight for patients under 17 years of age. To reduce the risk of adverse kidney effects, patients should be adequately hydrated before taking medication.

(1) This product must be diluted before use.
(2) The final concentration used after dilution should not exceed 4mg/mL, and the diluted solution is only 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and glucose injection cannot be used.
0.1g dose: Add 1ml of this product to a diluent of not less than 100ml.
0.2g dose: Add 2ml of this product to a diluent of not less than 100ml.
0.4g dose: Add 4ml of this product into a diluent of not less than 100ml.
0.8g dose: Add 8ml of this product to a diluent of not less than 200ml.
(3) For a weight-based dose of 10mg/kg, ensure that the concentration of this product does not exceed 4mg/mL.
(4) Before use, the suspended particles and discoloration of the original solution and diluted solution should be observed by the naked eye, such as opalescence, opaque particles, discoloration or other exogenous particles should not be used.
(5) The diluted injection can remain stable for 24 hours at room temperature (20-25ºC) and indoor light conditions.
4. Adult patients:
(1) Analgesia: 0.4g-0.8g intravenous drip, can be repeated every 6 hours as needed. The infusion time should not be less than 30 minutes. The maximum daily dose is 3.2g.
(2) Fever: 0.4g intravenous drip, as needed can be repeated every 4-6 hours of 0.4g or every 4 hours of 0.1-0.2g repeated administration. The infusion time should not be less than 30 minutes. The maximum daily dose is 3.2g.
5. Pediatric patients:
(1)12 to 17 years: 400mg intravenous drip, as needed can be repeated every 4-6 hours. The infusion time should be at least 10 minutes. The maximum daily dose is 2.4g.
(2)6 months to less than 12 years old: 10mg/kg body weight intravenous infusion, as needed can be repeated every 4-6 hours, the maximum single dose of 400mg. The infusion time should be at least 10 minutes. The maximum daily dose is 2.4g or 40mg/kg body weight, whichever is the lower.
