This product is white or white freeze-dried lump.

Indications:

Upper digestive tract bleeding caused by peptic ulcer, gastric and duodenal mucosa erosion bleeding caused by various reasons other than tumor and esophageal and gastric fundus varicose veins.

 

Usage and dosage:

This product should be used in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper digestive tract bleeding or gastric and duodenal mucosal erosion bleeding where gastric acid secretion must be reduced and oral administration is not appropriate. Intravenous infusion of 20mg with 250ml diluted 5% glucose for more than 30 minutes, or intravenous infusion with 20ml normal saline slowly (not less than 3 minutes). 2 times a day (12 hours apart) for 5 days, once the condition permits, intravenous medication should be quickly changed to oral administration.

Matters needing attention:

It should be used only after gastric cancer is excluded, and should be used with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
