This product should normally be administered for a short period (no more than 7 days) and switched to oral therapy whenever possible.

For patients with acute gastric or duodenal ulcer bleeding who cannot be orally administered Forrest grade llc, intravenous injection of 40mg of this product is recommended every 12 hours for 5 days. Administration method Injection: The time of intravenous injection of the prepared solution should be at least 3 minutes. Infusion: The intravenous infusion time of the prepared solution should be within 30 minutes. The guidance injection is prepared by adding 5ml 0.9% sodium chloride solution to the vial for intravenous use. The infusion solution was prepared by dissolving 1 stick of the product into 100ml 0.9% sodium chloride solution for intravenous infusion. The prepared liquid for injection or infusion is a clear solution that is colorless to yellowish and should be used within 12 hours and kept below 30ºC. From a microbiological point of view it is best to use immediately. Degradation of incompatibility contraindicated solutions is highly dependent on pH, so drugs must be used as directed. This product can only be dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride for intravenous use. The formulated solution should not be mixed with other drugs or used in the same infusion unit.
Precautions:
1. When a patient is suspected of suffering from gastric ulcer or has already suffered from gastric ulcer, if there are abnormal symptoms (such as obvious involuntary weight loss, repeated vomiting, dysphagia, hematemesis or melena), malignant tumor should be ruled out first. possibility. Because the use of this product can reduce symptoms and delay diagnosis.
2. The use of proton pump inhibitors may slightly increase the risk of gastrointestinal infections (such as Salmonella and Campylobacter) (see [Pharmacology and Toxicology]).
3. It is not recommended to use this product in combination with atazanavir (see [Drug Interactions]). If atazanavir and proton pump inhibitors must be used in combination, the dose of atazanavir needs to be increased to 400mg (supplemented with ritonavir 100mg); it is recommended to cooperate with close clinical monitoring, and the dose of this product should not exceed 20mg.
