It is effective against the following infections caused by Streptococcus (except Enterococcus), Pneumococcus, gonococcus, Catarranococcus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Serratia, Proteus, influenzae and cefixime sensitive bacteria: * Acute onset of chronic bronchitis, bacterial infection with acute bronchitis, bronchiectasis with infection, pneumonia; * Pyelonephritis, myositis, gonococcal urethritis; * Acute bacterial infection of the biliary system (cholecystitis, cholangitis); * Scarlet fever; * Otitis media, sinusitis.
Take with 20ml water.
Adults and children over 30 kg:
Orally, 50 ~ 100mg (1 ~ 2 bags) twice a day; In adults with severe infection, it can be added to 200mg (4 bags) twice a day.
Children:
Orally, the dosage should be halved for adults, or 1.5 to 3.0mg per kilogram, twice a day, or as directed by a doctor.
Precautions:
(1) In order to prevent the emergence of drug-resistant strains, sensitivity should be confirmed in principle before the use of this product, and the dose should be controlled at the minimum dose required to control the disease.
(2) For patients with severe renal dysfunction, since the drug can maintain a concentration in the blood, it should be appropriately reduced according to the renal function status, and the dosing interval should be appropriately increased.
(3) Careful administration of drugs in the following patients:
Patients with a history of allergy to penicillin.
Patients who have allergic symptoms such as bronchial asthma, rash, and urticaria in themselves or their parents or brothers.
Patients with severe renal dysfunction.
Patients with difficulty in oral administration or non-oral nutrition, patients with systemic dyslipidemia. (Due to the occurrence of vitamin K deficiency symptoms, should pay attention to observation).
(4) Due to the possibility of shock, a full medical history should be taken before administration.
(5) Do not place milk, juice, etc., after mixing with medicine.
(6) Impact on clinical test results:
In addition to the test paper reaction, the possibility of false positive should be paid attention to in the urine sugar examination of Benn's (Benedict) reagent, ferrous (Fehling) reagent and Clinitest.
The possibility of positive direct Coombs test should be paid attention to.
