Character:
This product is a suspension of fine particles. After standing, the fine particles sink and form a uniform milky white suspension after shaking.

Indications:
Prednisolone acetate injection is mainly used for allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases. It is widely used in active rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus, severe bronchial asthma, nephrotic syndrome, thrombocytopenic purpura, granulocytopenia, various adrenal cortical insufficiency, severe dermatitis, acute leukemia, etc., and is also used in the comprehensive treatment of some infections.

Adverse reactions:
There was no obvious adverse reaction in the application of physiological dose of glucocorticoid replacement therapy, and the adverse reaction mostly occurred in the application of pharmacological dose, and it was closely related to the course of treatment, dose, drug type, usage and route of administration. For example, systemic adverse reactions caused by intra-articular injection of this product are less and less severe, and the common adverse reactions are as follows:
1. Long-term use can cause the following side effects: Iatrogenic Cushing syndrome Features and posture, weight gain, lower limb edema, purple lines, bleeding tendency, poor wound healing, acne, menstrual disorders, avascular necrosis of the humerus or femoral head, osteoporosis and fractures (including vertebral compression fractures and pathological fractures of the long bone), myasthenia, muscular atrophy, hypokalemia syndrome, gastrointestinal irritations (nausea, vomiting), pancreatitis, digestion Ulcer or perforation, inhibited growth, glaucoma, cataracts, benign intracranial pressure syndrome, impaired glucose tolerance, and increased diabetes in children.
2. The patient may present with psychiatric symptoms: euphoria, agitation, delirium, restlessness, disorientation, and may also show inhibition. Psychiatric symptoms are prone to occur with chronic wasting diseases and people who have had mental disorders in the past.
3. Concurrent infection was the main adverse reaction of adrenal corticosteroids. It is mainly composed of fungi, tuberculosis bacteria, staphylococcus, Proteus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and various herpes viruses.
4. Glucocorticoid withdrawal syndrome. Sometimes patients with dizziness, fainting tendency, abdominal or back pain, low fever, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, muscle or joint pain, headache, fatigue, weakness after discontinuation of the drug can be considered as glucocorticoid dependence syndrome if they can rule out adrenocortical dysfunction and the recurrence of the original disease.
