This product is colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

Indications:
This product is suitable for sensitive Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and anaerobic bacteria caused by respiratory tract infection, skin soft tissue infection, female reproductive tract infection and pelvic infection and abdominal infection, the latter two diseases can be used alone or combined with other antibacterial drugs according to the situation. In addition, this product can be used as an alternative medicine for patients with indications of penicillin use, such as patients who are allergic to penicillin or should not take penicillin.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
This product has high antibacterial activity against common aerobic gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus (including those resistant to penicillin G), Staphylococcus epidermis, β hemolytic streptococcus, grass green streptococcus and streptococcus pneumoniae. It has good antibacterial effect on anaerobic bacteria, including tetanus bacillus, corynebacterium diphtheriae and Bacillus perfringens. It is not active against Enterococcus, meningococcus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus influenzae and other gram-negative bacteria and fungi. There is no cross-resistance between this product and penicillin, chloramphenicol, cephalosporins and tetracycline, and some cross-resistance with macrolide. This product acts on the 50S subunit of the ribosomes of sensitive bacteria, preventing the extension of the peptide chain, thus inhibiting the protein synthesis of bacterial cells, generally a bacteriostatic agent, but at high concentrations, it also has bactericidal effect on some bacteria.
