Indications:
1. For those who do not ovulate (including polycystic ovary syndrome) and do not respond to citrate treatment.
2. For assisted reproductive technology for hyperovulation.

Adverse reaction:
Local reactions at the injection site, fever, joint pain, gastrointestinal symptoms including fullness of the stomach and pelvic or breast pain, mild to moderate ovarian enlargement and sometimes ovarian cysts have been reported after FSH and HMG administration, and in some rare cases, arterial thromboembolism has occurred. Its occurrence is related to the treatment of HMG and HCG, and it can also occur in the treatment of this product.
In a small number of cases, multiple fetuses may occur after treatment with this product, most of which are twins, and in vitro fertilization, this phenomenon is related to the number of embryo copies.
Pregnancy loss due to abortion or miscarriage occurs at a similar rate to pregnancy loss due to other fertility problems, and ectopic pregnancy is possible if there is a history of tubal lesions.
Severe lung disease (e.g., atelectasis, acute respiratory distress syndrome) has been reported.

Pharmacology and toxicology
Urinary follicle-stimulating hormone is extracted and purified from the urine of menopausal women. Its active ingredient is FSH, which can promote the recruitment and development of follicles. In women with non-primary ovarian failure, urinary follicle-stimulating hormone stimulates ovarian follicle development. In the absence of endogenous LH peaks, when monitoring results show that the follicles are fully developed, (HCG) should be injected after injection of this product to promote the full development and maturation of the follicles and ovulation.
