Intravenous, intravenous, or intramuscular injection. For adults, 0.5 to 1.0g is given once, once every 6 hours, and the maximum daily dose is 8g. Children (more than 1 year old) according to weight 12.5 ~ 25mg/kg, once every 6 hours.
When creatinine clearance is greater than 20ml/min, 5 ~ 20ml/min or less than 5ml/min, the dose should be adjusted to 0.5g, 0.25g every 6 hours and 0.25g every 12 hours.
When preparing intramuscular injection, 2ml of water for injection should be added to 0.5g bottle, which should be used for deep intramuscular injection.
To prepare IV fluids, pour at least 10ml of water for injection or 5% glucose injection into a 0.5g bottle. The injection was completed in 5 minutes.
To prepare the intravenous infusion solution, inject 10ml of the appropriate diluent into a 0.5g bottle, and then further dilute it with sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose solution.
1. Before applying this product, the patient should be asked about his/her allergy history to cephalosporins, penicillins and other drugs in detail. Patients with anaphylactic shock history of penicillins should not use this product. Once an allergic reaction occurs, stop taking the medication immediately. In case of anaphylactic shock, immediate immediate rescue should be carried out, including maintaining airway patency, oxygen inhalation and the application of adrenalin and glucocorticoid. 2. This product is mainly excreted through the kidney, and the dosage should be reduced or the interval between administration should be extended for patients with renal dysfunction. 3. Patients using this product may have a false positive reaction when using copper sulfate method to determine urine sugar.
Taboo:
Patients allergic to cephalosporins and those with a history of anaphylactic shock or immediate reaction to penicillin should not use this product.
