For patients who cannot be fed orally or enterically, and whose nutrition cannot meet their needs, this product can be given intravenously to meet the body's need for protein synthesis.
Adults: According to the needs of the patient, 500 ~ 2000 ml of this product can be injected every 24 hours. Maximum daily dose: according to body weight, 5% is 50ml/kg per day; 8.5% were 29ml/kg per day; 11.4% is 23ml/kg per day, which is about 0.4g nitrogen/kg per day. The usual dose is 0.15-0.2g nitrogen /kg per day.
Newborns and children: Use as directed by your doctor. 5% and 8.5% of this product can be transfused through central or peripheral veins, and 11.4% alone must be transfused through central veins, but can also be transfused through peripheral veins when combined with other nutritional preparations. The infusion rate should be slow when using this product. Generally, the appropriate infusion time of 5%1000ml of this product is 5-7 hours, about 35-50 drops per minute; The optimal infusion time of 8.5% or 11.4%1000ml of this product is at least 8 hours, about 30 to 40 drops per minute. This product and fatat injection (e.g., Intripide) can be mixed into the body through Y camp. The osmotic pressure of the product can be reduced when the two kinds of infusion are delivered through the same infusion tube, thus reducing the thrombophlebitis that may occur through peripheral intravenous infusion. At the same time, the drip rate of each solution should be adjusted according to the need. In order for amino acids to be fully utilized in the body and to synthesize proteins, adequate energy (such as fat milk and glucose for injection), appropriate electrolytes and trace elements, and vitamins should be given at the same time. Generally, the recommended ratio of non-protein caloric to nitrogen is 150:1.
1 The drip rate should be strictly controlled. 2 This strain of hydrochloride, large input may lead to acid-base imbalance. When a large number of electrolytes are used or used for infusion, attention should be paid to the balance between electrolyte and acid base. 3 Before use, the liquid must be checked in detail. If the bottle is found to be broken, air leakage, discoloration, mold, precipitation, deterioration and other abnormal phenomena, it should not be used. 4 Crystallization may occur when cold, the liquid medicine can be heated to 60 ° C, slowly shaking to completely dissolve the crystals before use. 5 Open the bottle of liquid medicine once used up, the remaining liquid medicine should not be stored for reuse.
