It is suitable for acute and chronic cerebrovascular disease, brain trauma, various toxic encephalopathy and other causes of memory loss and mild to moderate brain dysfunction. It is also used in children with mental retardation.
Intramuscular injection. 1g each time, two to three times a day. Give it intravenously. 4 ~ 6g each time, twice a day. Intravenous drip. 4 ~ 8g each time, once a day, diluted to 250ml with 5% or 10% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection.
Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction should use with caution and appropriately reduce the dose.
Medication for special population:
1. This product is easy to cross the placental barrier, so pregnant women should not use.
2. Medication for lactating women is not clear.
3.Neonates are prohibited.
Drug interaction:
When combined with warfarin, prothrombin time can be prolonged and inhibition of platelet aggregation can be induced. In patients receiving anticoagulant therapy, special attention should be paid to the coagulation time, to prevent the risk of bleeding, and to adjust the dosage and usage of anticoagulant therapy drugs.
