Indications:
This product is used for antipyretic and analgesic treatment in adults and pediatric patients 6 months and older:
1. Treat mild to moderate pain as an adjunct to opioid analgesics for moderate to severe pain.
2, fever treatment.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
Pharmacological action: The mechanism of action of this product may be related to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthetase, with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects

In published studies, ibuprofen did not induce mutation in vitro in the Bacterial regress Mutation Test (Ames test).
Reproductive toxicity
A published study showed that ibuprofen administered at 20mg/kg (0.06 times the recommended human dose MRHD in terms of body surface area) for 8 weeks before and during mating had no effect on fertility and litter size in male and female rats. In other studies, ibuprofen was intraperitoneally administered to adult mice at 5.6mg/kg/ day (0.0085 times the MRHD when compared to body surface area) for 35 or 60 days in males and 35 days in females. No effect on sperm motility was observed, but decreased ovulation was observed in female animals.

Long-term administration of ibuprofen in animals has not been conducted to assess its carcinogenicity.
