Character:
This product is almost colorless clear liquid.

Indications:
This product is a local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic drug. It is mainly used in infiltration anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, surface anesthesia (including mucosal anesthesia during thoracoscopy or abdominal surgery) and nerve block. It can be used for ventricular premature beat and ventricular tachycardia after acute myocardial infarction, as well as for digitalis poisoning, cardiac surgery and ventricular arrhythmia caused by cardiac catheters. This product is usually ineffective for supraventricular arrhythmias.

Adverse reactions:
(1) This product can act on the central nervous system, causing drowsiness, paresthesia, muscle tremor, convulsive coma and respiratory depression and other adverse reactions.
(2) Can cause hypotension and bradycardia. High blood concentration can cause atrial conduction speed to slow down, atrioventricular block, and inhibit myocardial contractility and cardiac output to decline.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
This product is an amide local anesthetic. After blood absorption or intravenous administration, the drug has obvious biphasic effect of excitatory and inhibitory on the central nervous system, and there can be no precursor excitement, analgesia, sleepiness and pain threshold increase when the blood concentration is low; With the increase of dose, the effect or toxicity increased, and the subtoxic blood concentration had anticonvulsant effect; Convulsions may occur when the blood concentration exceeds 5ug/ml. At low dose, this product can promote the outflow of K+ in myocardium, reduce the automaticity of myocardium, and has the effect of anti-ventricular arrhythmia. At the treatment dose, the electrical activity of cardiomyocytes, atrioventricular conduction and myocardial contraction had no significant effect. The further increase of blood concentration can cause the heart conduction speed to slow down, atrioventricular block, inhibit myocardial contractility and reduce cardiac output.
