Character:
This product is almost colorless clear liquid.

Indications:
1. It is used to relieve the symptoms of joint swelling and pain during acute attacks of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathy, gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic arthritis.
2. Relieve various soft tissue acute rheumatic pain, such as shoulder pain, tenosynovitis, bursitis, myalgia, etc.
3. Acute mild and moderate pain such as injury pain, primary dysmenorrhea, toothache, headache, etc., after surgery, after trauma, after strain and after exercise.
4. It has antipyretic effect on fever in adults and children.

Adverse reactions:
1. There are common gastrointestinal reactions, such as stomach discomfort, burning, acid reflux, poor appetite, nausea, etc., which can disappear by stopping the drug or symptomatic treatment. Long-term application can cause gastric ulcer, gastric bleeding, gastric perforation.
2. A small number of edema, oliguria, electrolyte disorders and so on.
3. Occasional neurological reactions (incidence [1%]), such as headache, dizziness, drowsiness, excitement, etc.
4. Swelling and pain at the injection site.

Pharmacological action:
1. Alcohol consumption or use with other NSaids increases gastrointestinal adverse reactions and the risk of ulcers. Long-term use with acetaminophen can increase the toxic side effects on the kidney.
2. When used with aspirin or other salicylic acid drugs, the efficacy is not enhanced, but the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bleeding tendency is increased.
3. When used with heparin, dicoumarin and other anticoagulants and platelet aggregation inhibitors, the risk of bleeding is increased.
4. When used with furosemide, the sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects of the latter were reduced.
5. When used with verapamil and nitrophenidine, the blood concentration of this product increases.
6. This product can increase the blood concentration of digoxin, the same time should pay attention to adjust the dose of digoxin.

10. This product can reduce the effect of insulin and other hypoglycemic agents, and increase blood sugar.
11. When used together with potassium-conserving diuretics, hyperkalemia can be caused.
12. Aspirin can reduce the bioavailability of this product.
