Indications:
Upper digestive tract bleeding caused by peptic ulcer, gastric and duodenal mucosa erosion bleeding caused by various reasons other than tumor and esophageal and gastric fundus varicose veins.

Adverse reactions:
A few patients may have dry mouth, dizziness, insomnia, constipation, diarrhea, rash, facial flushing, increased blood pressure, menstrual disorders, and leukopenia. Occasionally mild aminotransferase increase.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
This product is an H2 receptor blocker of guaithiazoles, with high affinity for H2 receptors, has obvious inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion, basic secretion and the increase of gastric acid and pepsin caused by various stimuli. This product does not change the rate of gastric empting, does not reduce the function of the pancreas, and has no adverse effects on the cardiovascular system and kidney function.
