Indications:

It is used for sepsis, lower respiratory tract infection, abdominal and biliary tract infection, complex urinary tract infection and severe skin and soft tissue infection caused by sensitive gram-negative bacilli. This is particularly applicable to infections of immunocompromised persons caused by multiple drug-resistant gram-negative bacilli, nosocomial infections, and central nervous system infections caused by gram-negative bacilli or Pseudomonas aeruginosa.


Usage and dosage:

Intravenous or intravenous infusion.

1 Sepsis, lower respiratory tract infection, biliary tract infection, etc., 4 ~ 6g a day, divided into 2 ~ 3 times intravenous drip or intravenous injection, the course of 10 ~ 14 days;

2 Urinary system infection and severe skin and soft tissue infection, 2 ~ 4g a day, divided into 2 times intravenous drip or intravenous injection, the course of 7 ~ 14 days.

3 For some life-threatening infections, severe pseudomonas aeruginosa infection and central nervous system infection, increase to 0.15 ~ 0.2g/kg per day, as appropriate, divided into 3 intravenous drops or intravenous injections.

4 The usual dose for infants is 30 to 100mg/kg a day, divided into 2 to 3 times of intravenous drip.


Precautions:

1 Cross-allergic reaction: People who are allergic to one cephalosporin or cephamycin may also be allergic to other cephalosporins or cephalomycin. People who are allergic to penicillins, penicillin derivatives, or penicillamine may also be allergic to cephalosporins or cephalomycin. Patients allergic to penicillin allergic reactions occurred when using cephalosporins was 5% ~ 10%; When the immune response is measured, 20% of patients allergic to penicillin are allergic to cephalosporins.
