This product is a colorless clear liquid.
Mainly used for: acute severe allergic reaction, can reduce the allergic reaction caused by blood transfusion or plasma; Nausea and vomiting caused by drugs after surgery; Parkinson's disease and extrapyramidal symptoms; When patients are highly allergic to commonly used local anesthetics, 1% diphenhydramine solution can be used as dental local anesthetics; Other allergic reaction diseases, should not be taken orally.
Usage and dosage:
Deep intramuscular injection, 20mg once, 1-2 times a day.
Matters needing attention:
(1) Common: central nervous system inhibition, ataxia, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, etc.
(2) Rare: shortness of breath, chest tightness, cough, dystonia and so on. Trismus with laryngeal spasm has been reported after administration.
(3) Occasionally, it can cause rash, granulocytopenia, anemia, and arrhythmia.
(1) Pyloroduodenal obstruction, pyloric stenosis due to peptic ulcer, bladder neck stenosis, hyperthyroidism, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and lower respiratory tract infection (including asthma) should not be used.
(2) People who are highly allergic to other ethanolamines may also be allergic to this product.
(3) Avoid driving vehicles, working at heights or operating machines after the application of this drug.
(4) In case of renal failure, the interval of administration should be extended.
(5) The antiemetic effect of this product can cause difficulties in the diagnosis of some diseases.
