Character:
 This product is white to white powder or lump.

Indications:
This product is mainly used to assist general anesthesia, ease tracheal intubation and skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery.

Adverse reactions:
The most common adverse reactions (ADRs) included changes in vital signs and prolonged neuromuscular blocking effects. The most commonly reported ADRs during post-marketing surveillance are allergic and anaphylactic reactions and related symptoms.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
Prolonged neuromuscular blocking effect
The most common adverse effect of non-depolarization-blocking drugs is that the pharmacological action of the drug is prolonged beyond the required duration of action. This effect can have different clinical manifestations, ranging from skeletal muscle weakness to respiratory insufficiency or apnea due to prolonged deep skeletal muscle paralysis. A small number of cases have been reported of myopathy following the combination of vecuronium bromide and corticosteroids in the ICU (see Precautions).
anaphylaxis
Although very rare, cases of severe allergic reactions to the included vecuronium neuromuscular blockers have been reported. Anaphylaxis/anaphylaxis reactions such as bronchospasm, cardiovascular changes (e.g., hypotension, tachycardia and shock) and skin changes (e.g., angioneurotic edema, urticaria). These reactions can even be fatal in some cases. Given the possible severity of these reactions, clinicians should always take the necessary precautions.

Storage:
This product should be stored below 25ºC, away from light.
The preparation and dilution of this product solution should follow the instructions for use, and the prepared solution can be stored at room temperature (15-25ºC) under sunlight.
