(1) Autoimmune diseases: It is an important drug and the first choice for the treatment of various autoimmune diseases. Commonly used in systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, dermatomyositis, rheumatic myocarditis, scleroderma, nephrotic syndrome, chronic active hepatitis, ulcerative colitis, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, pemphigus, myasthenia gravis, rheumatic fever, etc. (2) Inhibit the rejection of tissue and organ transplantation. Prednisone is commonly used in combination with azathioprine or prednisone with cyclofossamine.
Oral: 10 ~ 20mg/ time, 3 ~ 4 times/day. Intramuscular injection: 25mg/ time, 1-2 times/day. Orally 4 ~ 10mg/ day, 4 times/day, 2mg every 1 week, maintenance dose 4 ~ 12mg/ day. Intravenous infusion: 100 ~ 200mg/ time, diluted with 5% glucose solution or isotonic saline to not more than 2mg per 1ml infusion, 1 ~ 2 times a day. Intravenous note: 5 ~ 10mg/ time for the first aid of anaphylactic shock.
Adverse reactions and attention: can cause water and sodium retention (edema), hypokalemia, hypertension, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, etc.
