This product is colorless or yellowish clear liquid.
1. Suitable for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B6 deficiency, prevention and treatment of isoniazid poisoning; It can also be used for pregnancy, radiation sickness and vomiting caused by anti-cancer drugs, seborrheic dermatitis and so on.
2. Vitamin B6 supplementation for total parenteral nutrition and malnutrition and progressive weight loss caused by insufficient intake.
3. The following conditions increase the requirement of vitamin B6: Pregnancy and lactation, hyperthyroidism, burns, long-term chronic infections, fever, inborn metabolic disorders (cystethioneuria, hyperoxalate, homocystinuria, xanthinuria), congestive heart failure, long-term hemodialysis, malabsorption syndrome with hepatobiliary diseases (e.g., alcoholism with cirrhosis), intestinal diseases (celiac disease, tropical inflammatory bowel) Inflammation, localized enteritis, persistent diarrhea), after gastrectomy.
4. Neonatal hereditary vitamin B6 dependence syndrome.
Usage and dosage:
Subcutaneous, intramuscular or intravenous injection, 50mg ~ 100mg once, once a day. For the detoxification of cycloserine poisoning, 300mg or more daily. When used to detoxify isoniazid poisoning, 1g of vitamin B6 is given for every 1g of isoniazid.
Matters needing attention:
1. Vitamin B6 has no proven efficacy in the treatment of acne and other skin diseases, alcoholism, asthma, kidney stones, psychosis, migraine, premenstrual tension, stimulation of milk production, and loss of appetite. Large doses of vitamin B6 should not be used to treat unproven diseases.
2. Vitamin B6 affects the efficacy of levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson's disease, but has no effect on carbidopa.
3. Interference with diagnosis: A false positive urobilogen test.
