This product is suitable for hypophosphatemia. Hypophosphatemia can occur in acute situations such as blood transfusions, during surgery under extracorporeal circulation, parenteral nutrition, and is also associated with chronic diseases such as chronic alcoholism, chronic malnutrition, and depletion of carbonic acid in chronic respiratory failure.
Usage and dosage:
Dose: The recommended dose is 5 ~ l0g per day. The dose for hypophosphatemia should be based on the degree of phosphate deficiency to avoid phosphate overload. Larger doses are recommended twice a day.
The dosage for children should be based on body weight (70 ~ 160mg/kg), and do not exceed the recommended dose.
Method of administration: Each lg powder shall be dissolved with l0ml sterilized water for injection, and the mixed solution shall be intravenously transfused (about 10ml/min). The mixed solution shall be administered in a single time. If the infusion is not finished, the remaining amount shall not be used.
Before administration should be visually observed for any special conditions, slight yellowing does not affect the efficacy.
Medication precautions: During the injection process, the drug solution will seep into the skin and cause pain and local irritation.
Special warning: Patients with creatinine clearance less than 50ml/min should monitor blood phosphate levels. Use by young children only when necessary and under strict medical guidance. Keep out of the reach of children.
Medication for special population:
Women in the last trimester of pregnancy had no adverse effect on FDP treatment.
Drug interaction:
This product should not be shared with insoluble drugs with a PH of 3.5 to 5.8, nor should it be shared with high-calcium saline-alkali solutions.
