1. Can cause allergic reactions, and even anaphylactic shock, should not be abused.
2. When possible, blood vitamin B12 concentration should be monitored during medication.
3. Hyperuricemia may occur in patients with gout.
4. In the treatment of giant cell anemia, blood potassium should be checked in the first 48 hours to prevent hypokalemia.
Intramuscular injection can cause rash, pruritus, diarrhea and allergic asthma, but the incidence is low, and very few have anaphylactic shock.
This product is an anti-anemia drug. Vitamin B12 is involved in methyl-conversion and folate metabolism in the body, promoting the conversion of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate to tetrahydrofolate. When deficient, it leads to impaired DNA synthesis and affects the maturation of red blood cells. This product also promotes the conversion of methylmalonic acid to succinic acid and participates in the tricarboxylic acid cycle. This effect is related to the synthesis of myelin lipids and the maintenance of myelinated nerve fiber function integrity, which may be related to nerve damage in vitamin B12 deficiency.
