1. It is suitable for acute and chronic lung diseases with abnormal sputum secretion and poor expectoration function. Such as acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, asthmatic bronchitis and bronchial asthma expectorant treatment.
2. Preventive treatment of postoperative pulmonary complications.
3. Treatment of infant respiratory distress syndrome (IRDS) in premature infants and neonates.
Prevention and treatment:
Adults and children over 12 years old: slow intravenous injection of 1 ampoule 2-3 times a day;
Severe cases can be increased to 2 ampoules each time.
Children 6-12 years old: 1 ampoule 2 to 3 times a day.
Children 2-6 years old: 1/2 ampoule 3 times a day.
Children under 2 years old: 1/2 ampoule twice a day.
All were administered intravenously.
Treatment of Infant Respiratory Distress Syndrome (IRDS) :
The total daily dose was calculated based on the infant's body weight, 30mg/kg, divided into four doses.
A syringe pump should be used to administer the drug intravenously for at least 5 minutes.
This injection can also be used on intravenous drip with glucose, fructose, saline or Ringer's solution.
This product (pH5.0) should not be mixed with other solutions with a pH greater than 6.3, as an increase in pH will result in the formation of mucosolvan free base precipitation.
