Indications:

It is suitable for acute and chronic cerebrovascular diseases, brain trauma, various toxic brain diseases and other causes of memory loss and mild to moderate brain dysfunction. It is also used in children with mental retardation.
 

Usage and dosage:

Take it orally. For adults, 0.8-1.2g per dose (0.4g, 2-3 capsules; 0.2g, 4-6 capsules) 2-3 times a day, 4-8 weeks for a course of treatment. The elderly and children should be reduced.

Matters needing attention:

Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction should use with caution and appropriately reduce the dose. When combined with warfarin, the dose should be reduced to prevent bleeding complications.

1. The common adverse reactions of digestive tract include nausea, abdominal discomfort, poor appetite, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, etc. The severity of symptoms is directly related to the dosage of medication.

2. Central nervous system adverse reactions include excitement, irritability, dizziness, headache and insomnia, etc., but the symptoms are mild and independent of the dosage, and the above symptoms disappear after stopping the drug.

3. Occasionally mild liver function impairment can be seen, manifested by mild elevated aminotransferase, but it is not related to drug dose.
