Component:

Character:

This product is a light yellow or light yellow clear liquid.

Indications:

Acid suppressant. Mainly used for:

1. Peptic ulcer hemorrhage, diffuse gastric mucosal lesion hemorrhage, anastomotic ulcer hemorrhage, preventive rebleeding after gastric operation, etc.

2. Acute gastric mucosal injury was complicated by stress, and acute gastric mucosal injury was induced by aspirin. It is also commonly used to prevent severe diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, severe trauma, etc.) in the stress state of stress ulcer hemorrhage;

3. Prevention of acid reflux combined with aspiration pneumonia in patients after general anesthesia or major surgery and in debilitating comas.
 

Usage and dosage:

Adult:

(1) Upper gastrointestinal bleeding: 50mg each time, slow infusion after dilution (1 to 2 hours), or slow intravenous infusion (more than 10 minutes), or intramuscular injection of 50mg, the above method can be administered twice a day or once every 6 to 8 hours;

(2) Preoperative administration: 50 ~ 100mg slowly intravenous infusion 60 ~ 90 minutes before general anesthesia or major surgery, or 200ml 5% glucose injection diluted slowly intravenous infusion 1 ~ 2 hours.

Children:

Intravenous note: 1 ~ 2mg/kg every 8 ~ 12 hours;

Intravenous drip: 2 ~ 4mg/kg each time, 24 hours continuous drip.

Adverse reaction

Matters needing attention:

1. This product can cover up the symptoms of gastric cancer, and cancerous ulcers must be excluded before administration.

2. It should be used with caution in patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, and should be used with reduced dose and blood concentration monitoring when necessary.

3. Patients with liver dysfunction occasionally appear disorientation, lethargy, anxiety and other mental states after taking the drug.

4. Serum creatinine and aminotransferase can be slightly elevated, easy to interfere with diagnosis, and can return to the original level in the later stage of treatment.

5. Long-term use can sustainably reduce the acidity of gastric juice, which is conducive to the reproduction of bacteria in the stomach, so that nitrate in food is reduced to nitrite, forming N-nitroso compounds.

6. Male breast feminization is rare and the incidence increases with age.
