Usage and dosage:
For intramuscular or intravenous injection, dissolve 4ml of water for injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection and inject.
Adults: 0.9-1.8g once, twice a day
Children: Dose 10-25mg/kg per day, divided into 2 times
The adverse reactions are related to the blood concentration, the higher the blood concentration, the more obvious the adverse reactions.
1. Gastrointestinal reactions: Common stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain. Peptic ulcer can be seen after long term or high dose application.
2. Effects on liver and kidney function: Long-term use of this product can cause elevated aminotransferase, liver cell necrosis and kidney damage, which can be recovered by timely withdrawal.
3. Salicylic acid reaction: headache, dizziness, tinnitus, audio-visual loss, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, severe cases have mental disorders, rapid breathing, acid-base balance imbalance and bleeding, and even shock.
4. Allergic reaction: A small number of patients have allergic reactions such as rash, urticaria, asthma, angioneurotic edema or mucosal congestion after medication. Among them, asthma is more common, breathing difficulties and wheezing after a few minutes of medication, especially called "aspirin asthma", which can be life-threatening in severe cases.
5.Reye's syndrome can occur in children under 12 years of age and is characterized by the onset of short-term fever and other acute infection-like symptoms, convulsions, frequent vomiting, increased intracranial pressure and coma. This is a rare but life-threatening condition.
