Indications:

Adverse reactions:
1. Digestive system reaction. More common diarrhea, abdominal distension, dry mouth, slightly elevated serum aminotransferase, occasionally severe hepatitis, liver damage, liver steatosis, etc. Acute pancreatitis has been reported both in animal experiments and in clinic. Sudden discontinuation may lead to chronic peptic ejaculation and perforation.
2. Urinary system reaction. There have been reports of acute interstitial nephritis leading to scorpion decay, but this toxic effect is reversible.
3. Hematopoietic system reaction. It has a certain inhibitory effect on bones. A few patients developed reversible moderate leukopenia or granulocytosis.
4. Central nervous system response. It can have certain neurotoxicity through blood and brain. More common are dizziness, headache, fatigue, lethargy and so on. A few can appear uneasy, feeling delayed, vague speech, sweating or epileptiform seizures, as well as hallucinations, delusions and other symptoms, causing toxic symptoms in the blood concentration of 2ug/ml, and mostly in the elderly, young children or patients with liver and kidney dysfunction. After neurotoxicity occurs, it usually disappears by reducing the dose appropriately, and the symptoms can be improved by treating with physostigine, a quasi-cholinergic drug.
5. Cardiovascular system reactions may include bradycardia, facial flushing, etc. Occasionally, sudden drop of blood pressure, premature atrial beat, cardiac and respiratory arrest, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing were observed during intravenous injection.
6. On endocrine and skin effects, this drug has anti-male stimulant effect. When the dosage is large, it can cause male breast development, female galactorrhea, decreased sexual desire, positive fistula, reduced sperm count, etc., which can disappear after stopping the drug; It can inhibit sebum secretion, induce exfoliative dermatitis, alopecia, oral ulcer and so on.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
1. Pharmacological action mainly acts on the H2 receptor on parietal cells, plays a competitive role in inhibiting histamine, inhibiting the secretion of basic gastric acid, and inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid stimulated by food, newamine gastrin, caffeine and insulin. Inject 300mg, 4-5 hours later. The secretion of basal gastric acid can be inhibited by 80%, and the basal gastric acid can be inhibited by 50% for 4-5 hours.
2. Toxicological studies Subacute and chronic toxicity tests in rats and dogs showed that this product had mild anti-androgen effects, which could cause prostate and seminal vesicle and milk secretion, but disappeared after withdrawal. It has no mutagenic, carcinogenic, teratogenic effect, nor is it flexible or tolerable.
