This product is a colorless clear liquid.

Indications:
This product is mainly used for the treatment of acute or chronic, localized or systemic primary fibrinolysis caused by a variety of bleeding, this product can also be used:
1. Trauma or surgical bleeding of organs rich in plasminogen activators such as prostate, urethra, lung, brain, uterus, adrenal gland and thyroid gland;
2. Used as an antagonist of tissue type plasminogen activator (t-PA) streptokinase and urokinase;
3. Induced abortion, early placental abruption, stillbirth and fibrinolytic bleeding caused by amniotic fluid embolism, as well as pathological intrauterine local fibrinolytic hypermenorrhea;
4. Used to prevent or alleviate bleeding after tooth extraction or oral surgery in hemophiliacs with factor or factor IX deficiency;
5. For mild hemorrhage caused by central neuropathy, such as subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracranial aneurysm hemorrhage, the use of this product is better than other anti-fibrinolytic drugs for hemostasis, but attention must be paid to the risk of complicated cerebral edema or cerebral infarction; For patients with severe surgical indications, this product can only be used as adjuvant medicine;
6. Used to treat hereditary angioneurotic edema, which can reduce the frequency and severity of its attacks;
7. Hemophilia patients with active bleeding can be combined with this drug.

Adverse reactions:
This product has less adverse reactions than 6-aminocaproic acid.
1. Occasional intracranial thrombosis and hemorrhage caused by drug overdose.
2. Diarrhea, nausea and vomiting may occur.
3. Less common menstrual discomfort (caused by blood clotting during menstruation).
4. Because this product can enter the cerebrospinal fluid, there may be blurred vision, headache, dizziness, fatigue and other central nervous system symptoms after injection, especially related to the injection speed, but it is rare.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
This product is an anti-fibrinolytic drug, its chemical structure is similar to lysine, can competitively block the adsorption of plasminogen on fibrin, so as to prevent its activation, protect fibrin from degradation and dissolution by plasminase, and finally achieve hemostatic effect.
