Character:
This product is colorless to slightly yellow clear solution. The pH value is 7.0-8.0, and the osmotic molar concentration is 300mOsm/ kg-500mosm /kg.

Indications:
Antagonizing rocuronium or vecuronium induced neuromuscular block in adults. Pediatric patients: In children and adolescents, this product is only recommended for routine antagonism of rocuronium induced block (2-17 years of age).

Adverse reactions:
The most common adverse reactions (reported in ≥10% of patients at 2,4, or 16 mg/kg BRIDION dose and higher than placebo incidence) : vomiting, pain, nausea, hypotension, and headache.

Matters needing attention
Allergic reactions: Allergic reactions occurred in 0.3% of healthy volunteers. The patients were observed in the appropriate time period after administration.
Significant bradycardia: Cases of significant bradycardia have been observed within minutes of administration, some of which have led to cardiac arrest. If clinically significant bradycardia is observed, hemodynamic changes are monitored and anticholinergic drugs such as atropine are administered.
Monitoring respiratory function: The patient must be supported with ventilation until proper spontaneous breathing and the ability to maintain airway patency is restored. it should persist neuromuscular block or relapse after extubation, appropriate steps should be taken to provide appropriate ventilation.
Wait time for neuromuscular blocking drugs: If another neuromuscular blocking drug needs to be given after reversal, the wait time should be based on the dose and the patient's kidney function. Consider using non-steroidal neuromuscular blocking drugs.

Storage:
Store at 25°C; Outside permission is 15°C to 30°C(59°F to 86°F)(see USP control room temperature). Protection from light. When there is no light protection, the vial should be used within 5 days.
