This product is colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.
This product is suitable for sensitive Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and anaerobic bacteria caused by respiratory tract infection, skin soft tissue infection, female reproductive tract infection and pelvic infection and abdominal infection, the latter two diseases can be used alone or combined with other antibacterial drugs according to the situation. In addition, this product can be used as an alternative medicine for patients with indications of penicillin use, such as patients who are allergic to penicillin or should not take penicillin.
Usage and dosage:
Intramuscular injection: adults 0.6 ~ 1.2g a day, children daily according to the weight of 10 ~ 20mg/kg, divided injection.
Intravenous infusion: Generally 0.6g once for adults, once every 8 hours or 12 hours, every 0.6g dissolved in 100 ~ 200ml infusion, drip for 1 ~ 2 hours. Children daily according to body weight 10 ~ 20mg/kg. It should be noted that every 0.6g of intravenous infusion is dissolved in not less than 100ml of solution, and the infusion time is not less than 1 hour. Not for babies younger than 4 weeks.
Matters needing attention:
1. If you are allergic to this product, you may also be allergic to clindamycin.
2. Interference with diagnosis: serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase may be increased after medication.
3. The following situations should be used with caution:
(1) People with intestinal diseases or a history, especially ulcerative colitis, localized enteritis or antibiotic punitis (this product can cause pseudomembranous enteritis).
(2) decreased liver function.
(3) Severe renal function decline.
4. Pay close attention to the number of stool during the medication. If the number of defecation increases, attention should be paid to the possibility of pseudomembranous enteritis, and the medication should be stopped in time and properly treated.
5. In order to prevent the occurrence of acute rheumatic fever, the course of treatment of hemolytic streptococcal infection with this class of drugs is at least 10 days.
6. Treatment of pseudomembranous enteritis caused by this product, mild patients may recover after withdrawal, moderate to severe patients need to correct water and electrolyte disorders. If the condition is not significantly improved after the above treatment, metronidazole should be taken orally 250-500mg, 3 times a day. If the recurrence can be reused metronidazole oral can still be effective, still ineffective can be changed to vancomycin (or norvancomycin) oral, adults 0.5 ~ 2.0g per day, divided into 3 ~ 4 times.
7. Occasionally, it can lead to excessive reproduction of insensitive microorganisms or cause double infection. In case of double infection, corresponding measures should be taken.
8. Use with caution if you have a history of asthma or other allergies.
9. For the elderly, the liver, kidney function and blood routine should be tested regularly.
