Component:

Character:

This product is light yellow clear liquid.

Indications:

1. Emergency treatment of abnormal hypertension during operation; 2. Hypertension emergency.
 

Usage and dosage:

Diluted with normal saline or 5% glucose injection, and prepared with a concentration of 0.01%-0.02% (1ml containing nicardipine hydrochloride 0.1-0.2mg), then used.

1. Emergency treatment of abnormal hypertension during surgery: dose of 2 to 10μg/kg(body weight) per minute, adjust the infusion rate according to blood pressure, if necessary, 10 to 30μg/kg(body weight) dose of intravenous direct administration.

2. Hypertension emergency: Administer at a dose of 0.5 to 6μg/kg(body weight) per minute, and adjust the infusion speed according to blood pressure.

3. Compatibility issues

(1) When intravenous drip of this medicine, due to the relatively high pH of some compatible solutions, the phenomenon of this medicine precipitation sometimes occurs, which must be paid attention to. In addition, according to the results of compatibility tests, the drug can be used in combination with the following solutions. Normal saline, 5% glucose injection, 10%EL-3, 5% fructose injection, KN supplement 1 A, KN Supplement 4 A, Compound Normal saline -T1, compound normal saline -T3, magnesium chloride complex preparation ·3, magnesium chloride complex preparation ·4, (nutrient)Potacol R, 15% mannitol injection TM, Mannitol F-2, Compound Sodium Chloride D lactate injection, Ringer's solution, Ringer's glucose injection, 10 W/V % low molecular dextroside, etc.

(2) So far, it has been confirmed that this medicine can cause compatibility reaction with the following injections, so please do not mix it. Furanoanilic acid (furosemide), Canrelazol, aminophylline, Adenosine dibutanate, amridone, lidocaine, Yodohexol, Piamitol iodide, styptic acid, amloxol sulfonate, heparin sodium, urokinase, Tisokinase, Alteplase, Fosfomycin, Cefotiam hydrochloride, Cefzolam sodium, imipenergone, flumoxil sodium, sodium bicarbonate.

Matters needing attention:

1. Patients with acute hypertension who have been given this drug to reduce their blood pressure to the target blood pressure need to continue treatment and can be taken orally, should be changed to oral preparation with the same name.

2. For hypertensive emergencies, sometimes blood pressure will rise again after stopping the drug, so gradually reduce the amount when stopping the drug, and pay close attention to changes in blood pressure after stopping the drug. In addition, we should also pay attention to the rebound of blood pressure after changing to oral administration.

3. When this product is given for a long time, the injection site should be changed if there is pain, redness, etc.

4. The effect of the drug will vary from individual to individual, so you should pay close attention to changes in blood pressure and heart rate when giving the drug.

5. Patients with impaired liver and kidney function and patients with aortic stenosis should be carefully administered.

6. This product is not stable to light, should be used to avoid direct sunlight.
