Indications:
It is used for the prevention of lower respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection and biliary tract infection caused by sensitive pathogens, as well as abdominal infection, pelvic infection, skin soft tissue infection, bone and joint infection, septicemia, meningitis and other infection during operation. A single dose of this product can treat simple gonorrhea.

Adverse reactions:
The adverse reactions were related to the dose and course of treatment. Local reactions included phlebitis (1.86%), allergic reactions such as rash, dermatitis, pruritus, urticaria, edema, fever, bronchospasm and seropathy (2.77%), headache or dizziness (0.27%). Gastrointestinal reactions such as soft stools, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, abdominal pain, colitis, jaundice, flatulence, taste disturbance and dyspepsia (3.45%). Laboratory abnormalities accounted for about 19%, of which hematological abnormalities accounted for 14%, including eosinophilia, bleeding, thrombocytopenia or decrease, and leukopenia. The abnormal liver and kidney function were 5% and 1.4%. Other rare side effects include increased liver enzymes and less urine.

Drug interaction:

1. Cephalosporin intravenous infusion with erythromycin, tetracycline, amphotericin B, vasoactive drugs (m-hydroxyamine, norepinephrine, etc.), phenytoin sodium, chlorpromazine, promethazine, vitamin B, vitamin C, etc., will appear turbiness. Because there are many contraindications in the compatibility of this product, it should be administered separately.
2. Disulfiram-like reactions may occur in individual patients when drinking alcohol or taking alcoholic drugs during the use of this product. Therefore, alcohol and alcohol-based drugs should be avoided during and after the use of this product for a few days.
