Character:
This product is yellowish, odorless and tasteless.

Indications:
Mifepristone tablets are used in sequential combination with prostaglandin drugs to terminate a pregnancy within 49 days of menopause.

Adverse reactions:
1. Some early pregnant women have mild nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness and lower abdominal pain, anal distension and uterine bleeding after taking the drug.
2. Individual women may develop a rash.
3. After the use of prostaglandins can have abdominal pain, some subjects can occur vomiting, diarrhea. A few have flushing and numbness.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
Mifepristone is an anti-progesterone drug at the receptor level, which has the effects of terminating early pregnancy, anti-implantation, inducing menstruation and promoting cervical maturity. It competes with progesterone for receptors and achieves the effect of antagonizing progesterone. It also has a certain binding force with glucocorticoid receptors. Mifepristone can significantly increase the sensitivity of pregnant uterus to prostaglandins. The low dose mifepristone combined with prostaglandins in sequence can achieve satisfactory termination effect of early pregnancy.
