This product is white powder or crystalline powder.

Indications:
This product is only suitable for the treatment of penicillinase staphylococcus infections, including sepsis, endocarditis, pneumonia and skin and soft tissue infections. It can also be used for mixed infections caused by Streptococcus pyogenes or pneumococcus and penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus.

Adverse reactions:
1, allergic reaction: urticaria and other kinds of rashes are more common, leukopenia, interstitial nephritis, asthma attacks and serological reactions can also occur, severe cases such as anaphylactic shock are occasionally seen; Once anaphylactic shock occurs, it is necessary to rescue on the spot, keep airway open, inhale oxygen, and give epinephrine, glucocorticoid and other treatment measures.
2, intravenous administration of this product can produce nausea, vomiting and elevated serum aminotransferase.
3, large dose injection of this product can cause convulsions and other central nervous system toxicity.
4. There are reports of hematuria, proteinuria and uremia in infants after using large doses of this product.
5, individual cases of agranulocytosis or cholestatic jaundice. A double infection is occasionally seen.

Pharmacology and toxicology:
This product is semi-synthetic penicillin, with the characteristics of acid resistance and penicillinase resistance, has antibacterial activity against Gram-positive coccus and Neisseria, and has stronger antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus (including Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative staphylococcus) enzyme strains than benzoxacillin, but has weaker antibacterial action against penicillin-sensitive staphylococcus and various streptococci than penicillin. Not effective against methicillin-resistant staphylococcus.
